Specifications
We can comply any specifications as per the customer requirement, below are some general specifications of our present production:
  • 60, 80, 100mm puf panels
  • Outer cladding of 0.6mm, 0.8mm or 1mm thickness
  • Puf density 40kg/m3 and thermal conductivity<0.023w/mDegk
  • Base frame designed bolted beam channel grid to withstand 3500kg/sq.mt. Uniformally
  • Modular wall and roof panels to withstand 200 kmph wind load conditions
  • Self standing, self supporting galvanised steel structure
  • Projected roof of 150mm on all sides for rain protection
  • Mortice lock of stainless steel hinges
  • Floor internal skin with 19mm marine grade ply, fire retardant, fungus proof, high anti static, anti abrasive board
  • Dimensional stability - 75 to 125 degC
  • Roof loading capacity 250 kg/sq.m.
  • Torque groove configuration with inbuilt unpickable eccentric camlocks
  • Water proofing to the joints of the ceiling panels
